Happy Sunday everyone (and doesn't it just feel great that it's a long weekend too?!)! I’ve finally got going with exams and now only have four to go - two weeks tomorrow and I’ll be exam-free, yay! I think we can all agree the weather has been pretty bizarre in 2018 so far and Spring has taken way longer to arrive than usual, but the last week or so has been relatively sunny and way warmer too (finally!). So to celebrate my love of Spring and Summer fashion and the fact that I no longer have to bundle on ten layers before heading outside, I thought I’d share a little fashion post…
This black jumpsuit was bought a couple of months ago from a brand called Nobody’s Child in Topshop. It’s really light and comfy and can easily be dressed up or dressed down depending on the occasion. I absolutely love the wide leg trousers and the mini tie at the waist too. Most exciting of all, the jumpsuit even has two big pockets (I know, what a shock!) so you can actually carry stuff around for once without always needing a bag!
I paired the jumpsuit with my mini denim jacket (also from Topshop) which you may remember seeing in this post last year. I love the close fit of this jacket and the slightly cropped style too. Although the pockets on the outside are fake, there are actually two slight gaps on the inside of the jacket that are the perfect size for your phone.
Huge thanks to my mum for putting up with me being a pain asking for all of these photos in the middle of Glasgow - I couldn’t do these fashion posts without her! Let me know your thoughts on my outfit in the comments - I’d love to hear your opinions on Spring and Summer fashion too.
