This last week has been one of the busiest I’ve had in a very long time. Crammed with school, musical rehearsals, volunteering, seeing friends, a Physics competition, school awards ceremony and a ton of homework, it’s been pretty non-stop and I’m sure many of you can relate to this too! Unfortunately, it’s meant I’ve been a bit more limited blogging-wise, but I’m hoping to post as regularly as possible in between other commitments.
As a little distraction from everything else going on right now, I thought I’d look back to one of my all time favourite summer outfits! I wore this recently when catching up with friends at the weekend and you’ll probably have already seen this outfit on my Instagram, but I thought I’d share a few more pictures anyway!
Although they’re not ideal in the typical Glasgow rain, I absolutely love my blue and cream boho trousers. They’re light and comfy and I absolutely adore the cute little elephant pattern too! The high waist is really comfy and the shape means that they’re a “one size fits all” which I think is pretty cool.
I’m constantly asked where I bought these trousers from - it was a little stall in Mojácar Pueblo so unfortunately they’re not easy to get hold of (that is, unless you’re willing to fly to Spain for them!). If you’re looking for a similar pair, I’d recommend trying markets with various little stalls - I spotted a boho stand in Brighton so I’m sure you’d be able to find them in numerous other cities too. If you’re into online shopping, Etsy and Boohoo are worth a try. For more expensive boho clothes, check out Free People too!
So yes, this is probably my outfit of the summer and I’m sure it’ll be a favourite of mine for a long time to come! I hope you like it too - let me know if you have any success getting similar boho trousers!
Do you have any boho trousers?
